10. Does Forest City Behavior accept third party insurance or Medicaid?

Unfortunately Forest City is not able to offer services through third party insurance providers or through Medicaid (public aid). Most of the services offered by Forest City Behavior are not reliably covered by these providers. 

Some of the providers at Forest City are able to offer behavioral consultation services under the 56U line of the Illinois Medicaid Waiver.  

We do routinely re-investigate the option of providing services through third party insurance providers, and hope to be able to do so in the future.
